Nošovice

The village is an entrance gate to the romantic valley of Morávka river rising at the border with Slovakia. The first written mention of Nošovice dates back to 1573. In that time the dominion of Frýdek was detached from the dominion of Těšín. Until 1664 the written documents specify the name of the village that is different from the present one and it is Potměnošovice. Ít gradually becomes the most industrial area of this part of Beskydy mountains, but it concurrently belongs to the series of protected landscapes of European importance Natura 2000. The surrounding of the villages are ideal for tourism and cycling tourism. Natural river swimming resort is an ideal place for bathing. You can practice sports in the local sports and social premises.

Radegast brewery

Beer has been brewed in Radegast brewery since 1970 and it is the youngest and most modern brewery in the Czech Republic. Excursion in the brewery starts with a short instructive film. The route continues with a visit of cylindrical-conical tanks, the installation of these tanks was concluded in 1998. Further steps lead through cask decanting room to one of the most modern filling lines in central Europe with a capacity of 50 000 bottles per hour. Another stop is the brewing plant, the hear of the brewery and at the end of the visit the visitors can taste the beer in tasting room, which is located in the lookout tower above the brewing plant.
